My Name is Jeni Jacobs. I was born in the U.S. Virgin Islands & I've lived there my whole life until June 16th of last year (2011). I came here, Charlotte, NC, so I could attend an art school, also I'm close to the family I have here. There are no Art Schools back home. :( .... Anyways, I'm an Photography Major because I've always had a little passion for it, in me. Right now, I am in my 4th quarter of attending, The Art Institute of Charlotte.

What does photojournalism mean to me ??
To be honest, it doesn't really mean anything to me because I don't know what it is about or how to go about doing it. I don't know the "day to day" of a regular photojournalist but I'm sure I will find out. That's why I'm here at this school to find out these things I didn't know before. Sorry, if this wasn't the exact answer you were looking for but it is what it is, which is the truth.
